General-Dentistry
A general dentist is your primary care dental provider. This dentist diagnoses, treats, and manages your overall oral health care needs, including gum care, root canals, fillings, crowns, veneers, bridges, and preventive education.General Dental Practitioners (GDPs) make up the vast majority of dentists in the UK. They are commonly known as “High Street dentists”, and provide general primary care services to patients. GDPs can work either wholly within the NHS, wholly privately, or any mixture of the two.
